Special Industry Tools
Being a home inspector requires everything from a keen eye to the best industry tools. During your inspection, you’re likely to notice John using the following:
Thermal Imaging
With thermal imaging, we can see through your walls to discover leaks and evidence of pests. It also enables us to discover hot spots, a lack of insulation, and much more.
Moisture Meter
No one wants to discover moisture and mold accumulating in their home after they buy it. That’s why we employ a moisture meter to detect these issues during the inspection.
Off-the-Clock Time
John is dedicated to making sure you’re happy with your inspection. During his time off, though, he enjoys doing personal home improvements/renovations. He also spends time being a soccer coach, and he loves golfing and traveling.
